Well i decided to pull my 76 out from the back to do some body work and put the straight six that came out of the 77 into it. I wanna do a simple job to it and just get it on the road until i can put the money i want into it. I wanna get it on the road instead of sitting in the back rotting. I began to sand it. My plans are to put a simple paint job on it and let my little brother(who wants to get into body work) practice on it, by bondoing it and painting it. Oh the orange fenders are from the 77 also because i wanted the straighter one on my 77 4door, which is also currently getting torn down and sanded to finish up and paint.

looking good, i hear you about driving them. only had the comet a few months and starting to get antsy to work on it. i could not imagine letting a car sit for years undriven, i would probably sell it to someone before that.

Wow Two projects at the same time!! That takes some concentration. The rustoleum stuff is pretty good for the small parts.I like their semi gloss black, has a nice sheen when it dries.
