I get home this morning and there was a strange car in the driveway [I live at my grandparents since I travel a lot] and the maverick was gone. While I away on business my grandma sold my maverick in on a 2004 Mini Cooper. I was shocked and happy and sad all at the same time. the maverick was still in my grandpa's name so technically it was still theirs. they worried about me driveing my old toyota around the country and another car was too many to have around.I am thrilled with my new car it is awesome. I am an electronics rep and met bigbully in omaha nebraska and he turned me onto this site and a few days later after I get all excited about my old car again its gone. Life is strange but realistically my mini is way more practical. I hope it is oday to keep up to date with you guys even without my old hotrod. Long live mavericks but my new car sure is cool too.
Sorry ot hear of the loss of you Mav, but those new Mini's are way cool looking. Maybe yuo could find out where the dealer shipped your old Mav to and buy it back?
I thought they traded the maverick in but I guess they sold it to a some guy and his kid. I hope they have as much fun in it as I did. Iwill have another maverick some day for sure. Right now I think I will enjoy the mini and keep my eye out for a graabber someday. Im getting rid of the toyota too. My grandma doesnt like all those cars in the driveway. I guess it didn't look good in the neighborhood. lol. I'll keep checking in and looking for that grabber in the want ads when I get my own house.
