My 76 has gone through a transmission change from C4 to Toploader. But the project continues, a couple of weeks ago a friend of mine and I went to the Pull-a-Part and found a treasure. We found a Mercedes 190E, looked inside and found the interior in good shape. :thumbs2: So we pulled the front seats and console. Tan Leather buckets:yahoo:. This weekend I'm installing the console and the seats. The dash will have to be cut to get the console to fit like it was suppose to. The positive side to adding the console is now I have a place to add gauges, stereo and miscellaneous storage and it will look "stock". (Or as stock as a complete center console in a Maverick would have been). This change has given me a whole new idea about the car.
I'll post pictures when I get something worth looking at.
