ok well i have a 74 mav and i hate the big bumpers so im thinking of doin a 70-72 style conversion. like small bumpers and maby make it into a grabber. also i was thinking of taking the chrome off of the roof because i dont think im gonna revynle it do you guys think this would take the price of the car up or down

Converting it to small bumpers will likely raise the price somewhat. Keep in mind that by converting to small bumpers and removeing that trim you will have to weld many holes shut and smooth them.

you need to do whatevers going to make you happy. it's not gong to change the value of the car much either way. your the one going to drive it. whats going to change the value is swapping to a v-8, paint job, wheels and tires, interior. things like that. a mavericks value is not going to change much without major changes. no one thing is going to jump the price greatly. it takes a combination of things.:)

I Agree with Don Graham completely! Nice Interior, Nice Paint, Nice wheels, and a V8... Why you worried about value, you just using the mav as an investment?

Bondoing the holes won't work for long. They need to be welded shut.
