need help with kickdown

    I just install a edlebrock 4 barrel carb and manifold on a 77 maverick 302. When I was remove parts I found what I believe is the kickdown. Now that I have installed everything, I can't find where it connects to. I found where it connects to the tranny, but I don't know where it goes topside.

    Any help would be great.

    you have to buy an adaptor for it to work with the elelbrock carb.
