Anybody have a sorce for red plastic? I'm looking for something like a semi transparent blood red to make some tail lights. It needs to be 1/4 to 3/8" thick, perferably 3/8. I need 1 piece at least 60"x6" and 2 pieces 24"x6" A single piece I can cut it all out of would be OK too.

    Thanks

I saw a dude take some plexiglass and he painted it red on one side. He made some trailer with huge tailights. I never really looked closely at the final outcome. Your post made me recall it. JC Whitney used to have some red plastic like you are wanting, might be worth a try to snoop at their website.

Are you gonna write the DOT approval on it with a magic marker? Or maybe the same cop who spotted your plastic Mavaholic license plate will stop you again! :D

I can check at work and see what they can get. I've seen some really different plastics come through the shop.

(I milled plastic today in fact)!
