trying to get some thrush glasspacks for the mav and i was wondering how it would sound... all the videos on youtube stink so i need help just a stock 302 all others who have nice exhaust i would like to here it i want something loud and that will make me herd from a mile away (not trying to steel the thread of best muffler on a mav)

On pretty much any car, I think Glasspacks sound the best. A nice low tone, no rice sound. This is a sound clip of my old setup (24" glasspacks on sidepipes) but I now have flowmaster super44s. Completely different sound. I will post both for a comparison... The Flowmasters sound quite a bit more "tinny" and higher pitched. -scooper those super 44's sound awesome!!! i guess if you want a really loud car theres always "Cherry Bombs" there little catch phrase they put on there hats is "Disturbing the peace since 1968" lol

By the way, those two sound clips were both on the old motor, so it isn't comparing the old 302 with glasspacks vs the new 5.0 roller motor with super44s. Just to show you how different glasspacks sound vs chambered mufflers.
