Need some help guys

    So i need to put some bracing under my car to prevent frame twist for racing. any suggestions?

    1972 Maverick 2 door.Original V-8 3 spd std shift.Also a 72 one owner Sprint sporting a 351 Windsor
    Sub frame connectors or a minimum 6 point cage.

    alright. thanks bud i'll get on that asap.

    i'll go for sub frame it's still gonna be a driver (mainly cruises) just with accessive horsepower for the weekends the strip calls my name.
    also might be picking up a 73 2 door 302 car for the circle track

    check out alston/chassis engineering... they make subframe connectors for our cars.

    This is one of those situations where having a race car is nice, but having it streetable too can cause some headaches

    Subframe connectors helped a lot on my car. You could see the twist in the tranny tunnel.:)

    Sub-frame connectors is just a "first step" in making the car more rigid.
    A good roll cage will more than double the twist resistance.
