    Here is supposedly an almost new 70 Grabber hood just listed on eBay ... Perfect picture for masking yours off!

    Is that pattern correct? I thought the stripes went off the hood in the center.

    According to this picture on the dealer announcement the one on eBay is accurate .. kinda hard to tell in the scan but here it is ...

    My 70 Grabber has the hood stripe just as pictured above. Looks correct to me.....

    Yup ... I gottem ... Thanks! Still not sure what I'm gonna do ... With the bulge in the Maverick hood I'm not sure if the Comet GT stripe looks as good on a Maverick as it does a Comet ...
