Hello everyone. I'm a ford nut that is looking for a maverick for my daughter as her first car. She's not into new cars and like me loves the character of the old cars. I'm going to post in the classified section that I'm looking for a car and hopefully between the 3 different classified sections I'll come up with something for her. I'm trying to find a rust free 6 cylinder car with a/c but I don't mind if it needs work as long as its solid and not too much $$. This really seems like a great site with lots of great information. I've very impressed with the layout and content of the site. My own personal project is a '72 Gran Sport Torino that currently has a hopped up 460. She's still a work in progress. I've always liked the lines of the '72 fastback Torinos and like the mavs/comets I've always felt like they haven't received the respect they deserved. I've owned a '70 Mach I Mustang, but they're a dime a dozen, and I really like the less common fords like torinos and mavericks. So even though this is mav/comet site I thought I'd share a couple of pics of her (I've named her Roxanne) so I you don't mind me taking up bandwidth for pics of her:
