new hood

    hello can anybody please help me with a hood for my comet sedan from 1972 or does anyone now if there are fiberglass hoods that fit , if so let me know , i can still rymhe:lolup: hope to hear from you guys

    I believe Autokrafters has a fiberglass hood for Comets. You can also watch Ebay. Thay get them now & then....

    Geeeeze, I wonder how much it costs to ship a hood to you? I guess Greyhound is out of the question.

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    there is no such thing as a fiberglass hoods that fits :rolleyes:

    us autobody has fiberglass hoods,fenders,truck lids and doors, the fit is anybodies guess but atleast its something to work from.

    there stuff fits great right after you cut it to fit and have someone refiberglass where they messed up! IMO their stuff is crap! and the funny thing is i was told they had one of the better ones.
