Hi, I'm just the new guy on the block. I have a 71 Maverick that someone attempted to Pro Street, it's home made that's for sure. I'm not sure where to start? The rear frame was home made in the early 80's, it has a 9" rear with coil over shocks, big fat dry rotted tires, 289 & C-4. Body's in primer & ruff, roll cage, aluminum seat. I don't know if I want to salvage what I have or attempt to find a nice body to add some of the exsisting parts too. Suggestions? Kurt Nordstrom
hi kurt , if you want a street car maybe you could sell this one and put that money on one. there are a few on here for sell...frank... where are you located?
Fredericksburg, VA I will try to get pics this weekend before the sleet/freezing rain/snow shows up. Kurt
welcome to the board. please don't talk about freezing snow. i have to be in virginia on jan 6th. i was cold here yesterday since it only got to 73.
Let's see......last night it was 18, todays high is supposed to be 50 (Ha-Ha). I wish I was paid has much as the weather forecaster and was wrong all the time. We will be lucky to break 45 today. It is supposed to be bone chilling this weekend. Kurt
Howdy. If the car was done nicely and is in decent shape, your better off fixing what you got, in my opinion. Continue the pro street look.
