    I am old, don't know computer trems and how things work here.
    I was trying to see if I could find someone who knew why my C4 took a long time to hook up after being rebuilt and sitting for just 6 weeks

    Love comets and convertables ,by c4 transmission hook up I gess you mean to bolt it up to the engine.The actual process shouldnt take more than about three hours including drive shaft and fluids. If you have a shelter, jacks stands and trans jack it can be done in about three hours. Be extra careful on setting the torque converter depth in the front of the transmission- usually three clicks deep. Hope this helps.:tiphat::ratrod:

    The other tansmission hook up can mean traction ,as in drag racing .also meaning tires not slipping,:chirp: not spinning.:tiphat:(y) Im fifty seven years old and i love spinning tires:thumbs2:
