Hey I'm new to the whole auto body and restoration thing. I'm 19 and can use some tips on anything, really to help finish my project. Thanks!
Ohhh alright. Lol well I'm happy I found this. It's nice seeing people who can appreciate the quality of these little cars. They really can become pieces of artwork and even race material.
I was wondering if my 289 would fit back in my engine bay with headers bolted on? Or would I have to set the engine down slowly onto the headers in the bay? There he'd man 2.5 inch headers
Put motor down in car. Put headers in on one side at a time. Raise the motor on that side as you install them. You could also do it the way you describe, but I think that would be more difficult and cause one to pull their hair out!!
Alright well see how it goes. I made the 289 into a solid lifted cam 0.35 lift so I'm hoping she's got some chug a lug sound to her lol
