not good !!

    when i pulled the valve cover off the 72, 200 to night i found what i thought was little pcs. of metal until i broke one appart. i guess it's plastic one had a little ford oval on it, there where pcs. all around the valve springs. any idea's ??? the car runs like a champ, it's 59k original miles. ??????????? :(

    Sounds like Your valve guide seals are toast!Are You not useing oil or fouling plugs?

    not good

    only had the car about a month, haven't noticed any real problems owner told me of gasket leak. car only has 59k, getting ready to change oil and will keep it in check also will check plugs. thanks for advice.
