I know many of you know about old boneyards with some old cars. If I could impose on some of you good people, I would be willing to pay some one for their time and the part. I'm looking for a manual steering centerlink/draglink for a 64 galaxie. If you know of one and could either steer me that way or get the part and ship it I would be very grateful. My number is 2*7*0*4*0*1*7*9*2*4

I called them already, got their number from Desert Valley Auto in Arizona. Nothing there. Was hoping maybe someone has one of those little out of the way boneyards that they might know of one.

That is some very good info Doug, thank you. I don't have one, my car has power steering and I'm going to a Borgeson power box instead of that crappy ford set up with the slave cylinder thing. They make a piece that you can add to the end of the power drag link but then it doesn't look clean, just an added piece.

I saw where Dearborn Classic had a new/repo manual drag link....but they were "temporarily unavailable". No one else repops them?

There's a goldmine of an old car salvage yard in southern MO that I've been to a few times.....had two rows of 63-64 Galaxies, mostly complete. It's going to be a month or two before I get up there again though. If you haven't already found one, I'll go ahead and keep your number in case I get a chance to make a trip up there sooner, or if one of my friends go.
