Just finished up the Drum to Disc conversion on my 72. I've got all new steel brakes lines coming, as well as new flexible hoses. Should be able to stop.
They look sweet, and I'm echoing 1972Grabber's question. I'm looking to do that eventually to mine and I'm not sure if it'd be better to try to swap everything out with something from the junkyard or cough up the cash for all new equipment. Looking sharp though, that's gonna be shiny!
Spindles, backing plate, etc. from a 75 4Dr Mav (free), rotors from http://rotorpros.com, I can't remember the exact price, seems like 140.00 or 150.00, and stock calipers. The rotors were my biggest cost item. Thanks for the kind words. It's taking me a long time to get this car on the road, but I'm gonna just keep plugging away.
Don't know... I think I remember a discussion concerning this a while back. Seems some folks said you can, some said you can't.
