ok this is off topic but need help

    i figured since all you guys are ford guys ya can help we have an 85 ford probe 6 cylinder that eats up distributors ..... avery 4 - 6 months we have changed evrything as far as coil plugs wires rotor cap evrything but still distributor only lasts about 4 - 6 months ..any ideas guys?

    you might try fordmuscle.com they have a ford tech section that might be of assistance.

    Was there actually a Ford Probe in 1985? I thought they came out in '88?
    I had a girlfriend who had a new GT in '88.
