old drag mav at WH

    here is what they said:
    The Maverick is the original 6 cyl., 4 speed car built and raced by Warren Wright and Jim Lett. It was sold for a while in the early 80's (I think) to Kevin Knapp, also from Newburgh, but was later bought back. This is the same basic engine that is in the updated Maverick that is ocassionaly run by Warren and Mat Wright. The car has run 6.90's in it's current form

    the 1st photo is way back when, the 2nd is the way it looks today.
    Just thought I would share :)
