   well i have a realy nice set of old 73 comet vinal bucket seats that are rip free.but they have been siting for so long im afrade to sit in them because they may crack! dose eny body know how to {sofen} them up so i can use them as is?

   from my experience it's the thread that rips not the vinyl. i don't know how you would soften it though
