ok, so i have a couple holes in my roof and along the side part on top of the door, it looks like the previos owner used bondo, and i was wandering, if i should go the same route or something better. but the holes are just tiny, just want to cover them

Those holes may be tiny now, but in time they WILL grow. That's just the way rust works. Putting a swipe of bondo over the holes might hide them, but it will not prevent them from getting bigger. The only way to fix the rust for good is to cut out the rusted areas and replace the metal. If you just can't do that kind of repair right now, I would strongly recomend getting a rust converter like POR-15 and treat the rusty areas with it before doing anything else. The rust converter may not stop the rust completely, but it will slow it down a whole lot.
