parking light interchange

    has anybody tried to fit these on a maverick?
    I measured the ones on our Focus and it looks like they are real close in size that I have on the yellow 70.
    I am sure mounting brackets would have to be fabbed up, but I see no reason why they would not work. I know these are hard to find for our car and these are on evil-bay right now.....cheap!

    No thunder stealing. I never got off my butt and did it.
    I did start to trim up the Focus grill to fit around my front plate bracket, but then when I registered the car as a collector, the requirement of a front plate dissapeared. Maybe I'll call about another grill and light assembly today if it's slow.

    I bet they would be a lot brighter than the stock ones. I didn't read the post, wasn't their discussion of the Focus lower grill fitting in the Maverick/Comet valence opening?
