Parts interchangability

    What years are redesigns? Not real knowledgeable about Maverick body panels. Will 72 fenders fit a 71? and so on.......

    1972 Maverick 2 door.Original V-8 3 spd std shift.Also a 72 one owner Sprint sporting a 351 Windsor
    All body panels will fit all years.Floor pan was different in 70.(falcon platform) other than that the only real difference was in the change from small to big bumpers and the acommodations for fitment of the "park bench" big bumpers.

    Cool, thanks. Small chance of picking up a 71 Grabber with front end damage. Hood is still in good shape, though.

    A good "Grabber" hood is a big plus.

    V-8 does not make it a grabber,the 3rd and 4th digits of the vin do...shuold read as followes: 1X93XXXXXX The 93 signifies a grabber. V-8 is a bonus!!! Good luck!!!

    It's got the 62A trim designation. Don't have the VIN right now.
