plastic seats

    anyone using the plastic racing seats from summit and the like?what kind of bases,if any did you use/make?seems like if i just use the tracks the seat will be way too low.any thoughts/pics/dimensions will be a big help...oh and thanks in advance for the help,chuck.

    thats what I have in mine......
    I just cut some small round pipe with big washers until I got it level. (of course mine ain't pretty, but effective.
    Definitely get the seat covers for them, I did not get them at first...man those things hurt :evilsmile

    my thought is it would probably cost less to find some decent buckets at the jyard and put the walmart/grand theft auto brand seat covers on them. much nicer looking and more comfortable. you could probably even get ones that recline....
