Posi rear end?

    1972 mercury comet with a maverick front end. It has a 1992 5.0 motor in it.
    My friend has a falcon with an 8 in rear end and want a factor limited slip rear end for it. What cars came out with factory 8 in limited slip rear ends? My maverick has one that i bought from a member on here but i don't know what it came out of. Thanks for the info.

    Mustang II's with V8's are the best candidates for finding one.

    Don't discount the Mustang II with V-6 and 4 speed. I have heard that they often came with a trac lock.
