Question for those of you that have removed and installed the power steering control valve and cylinder:

I'd like to put the car up on ramps and slide underneath it to work on the components but wanted to make sure with those of you with past experience that this would be OK to do and I wouldn't be getting in to any trouble spots where I might have to remove a wheel or two for more room to work with.
So... Is it ok to leave the car on the ground (ramps) with the pressure on the front suspension or is it necessary to jack it up and have the front end hanging?

    Thank you!
