It's been awhile since I have been on the site, Has anybody tried or heard of this EFI system http://www.retrotekspeed.com/products/powerjection-iii/powerjection-iii-system.html
Ive heard great things about the system infact I'm going to try to get it for my project in the coming months I know Frank had. A thread saying he was getting it but having shipping problems don't know if he ever got it thou.
i recently installed a fast ez efi system on a 302 with afr heads and e303 cam. it worked really well. was really easy to install. you may want to look into this system also.
Well I got one and all I can say is OMG, The power is great, cold starts no problem and it is still learning.
the shipping thing was for the...fuel on demand...modual...without it, i picked up the... Powerjection III system...from Summit. it's an easy install and works great . love the...cold start mode...it seems to run better every day. ......
I'm getting really close to pulling the trigger on a Powerjection III set up. Any one have any problems yet? The only thing that makes me slightly nervous is the ECM being located on the throttle body. There is a lot of heat there. I have decided my 331 will never know the touch of a carburetor I am thinking of getting the return style system with the bigger 75# injectors. I also like the fact that it's boost friendly. I just need some reassurance from someone who has had one on their car for a while.
mine is at Brian Andersons shop now... http://www.carcraft.com/eventcoverage/ccrp_0803_dynomax_power_tour/1964_rambler.html ... setting the 2 step rev. limiter...going to spin it on his dyno and check/set it. it's not that it takes someone with his experience but he is the Guy that does my Dyno work. my 347 was built and tested by Scott at... Coupe Performance.com more later on in the week... ......
