just quick question, Rust Oleum primer sealer...do i still have to sand the rust down even though it says it has the stop rust formula? i know its stupid question but i have a way of getting it for cheap and wonderin if its a good primer to leave on till i can afford to pain the car

Depends on how bad the rust is. If it is light just sand it and prime. If it is really rusted use one of the rust converters.
