If anyone has installed a Pro Charger I could use some input. The bolts sent to mount the unit to the head are 7/16". I am running RHS Heads which have one 1/2" hole & two 5/16" holes. See pics below. The 7/16" bolts would work on the old stock 302 Heads but not on the RHS. I told Pro Charger I would be running RHS Heads. Will I have to drill & tap the 2 smaller holes & Heli Coil the large one? Give me your input please.
    Thanks,

You can get the inserts for the larger hole in the head off of late model heads or from ford. The lower bolts you could tap or just use smaller bolts to fit the head size.

The insert is Ford Part Number F4ZZ-6E086-A

Glad it was helpful. Went through this myself and I have kept the part number handy in case I needed it again.
