Dropped the 5.0 and AOD in Sunday. Now have to pull it again and modify the trans tunnel bracing to allow the AOD to sit right. Fairly pleased with the results do far.

The tires and wheels you see here are just to roll it around. They will go on a different car later. I will be running 17x7" slotted mags front and 17x8" slotted mags rear.

Carbon Fiber hood courtesy of Maverickman. Thanks loads! I love the looks, fit and finish of this hood. And did I mention that it is REALLY light weight? :evilsmile

    More details later.

The colors are 2006 Volvo Electric Metalic Silver with 2006 Toyota Dark Grey Metalic for the hood, roll cage and tail light panel.

The pictures don't do it justice. It is VERY hard to take good pictures of silver cars. (maybe part of the reason so few make it into magazines, even though it is such a popular color.)

Reno in June. Not this year. I will be there driving one of my beaters, though. I have most of the parts necessary to complete the car. All it is at this point is assembly. (Famous last words, eh?);)

I will second that! Even though i dont have one, i have seen Maverick Man's beautiful car and it looks great! And if you think the fitment might be off, your wrong! The fit is just as good as the look!
