Bryant and I going this Friday to race again. I'm excited to see what I can do on the 1/8th mile. last time on the 1/4 I pulled a 13.9 so I'm excited. Hopefully the C4 will hold up. Anyone know if I should be worried about the C4 dying on me? It's from my stock 6cyl setup, now it's sitting behind my stock 302.

Should be fine if you don't have a transbrake and you haven't had any flare or slipping issues yet. I might have to come down and check it out. Wouldn't mind bringing the ole Comet down too for a few laps. Good luck man!

Your C4 will be fine until it starts slipping. Could happen any time but it is likely to hold up for a long time if you keep the bands adjusted and the fluid clean and cool.

Do you have an external tranny cooler on it? That will extend the life of the tranny. :)

well I am going to be getting rid of this C4 in a few weeks and replacing it with a T5. I believe the lines route through the radiator at this time.
