Hey, I am hopefully going to be sending my car out to paint next weekend, or the following week. I am wondering what I should be doing right now as far as removal of stuff. I would like to drive the car the rest of the week(and not get tickets) so i was just wondering what could be removed with a few hand tools... Also, can I take the vinyl top off? It wont be bad for the metal to be"uncovered" for a week or so? Not planning on much rain here in so cal so that shouldn't be a problem.; Quick Replys would be great!
Are you not going to put the top back on? If not, I'd be real interested in the trim at the back of the vinyl top.....
