well went to the junk yard today looking for parts for my cousins custom 500.. no luck but i came across a whole nine incher that would fit.

but also i came across this poor maverick.. it was stripped of all the good stuff... well good stuff that i consider good. but it had a ok set of mirrors on it and the trim was perfect around the windows. it had still had the I6 in it and disk brakes were gone! if i got time i may go back and get the mirrors.

but notice how the car ain't rusted that badly... see you peeps.... you need to move to sunny southern california! rust free cars!!! :p

craig maybe you can ad this to your gone to heaven maverick site (y)

What shape is that grille in? How about the fenders and lower quarter panels? How about the floor pans? I bet someone could use those parts if they aren't eaten up with rust.

Really? Guess you haven't seen our '74. :D

    Other then the radiator support...

I look at it as more junk I wouldn't have to take off and throw away to get the car how I want it to be.

Scooper, you scare me man.

    MavMan,

How much do you think it would cost to pull that fender and door off and send it to me in Houston? Or if you wouldn't I have family in CA that might do it for me. The shipping might kill me.

I was out there at spring break, and probably won't get another chance to go back until christmas. I may have to look you (the fender and door) up when I get there....
