I Picked up a nos set of small bumper guards on ebay the other day. The kit part number is DODZ-17984-B. I haven't seen these particular guards on a Maverick before. They are more like the guards that used to be on the early Camaro's. I'm not even sure if I'll use them, but they were to cheap to pass up.
If anyone has a picture of a Maverick with these guards I'd like to see what they look like installed. My car is totally disassembled so I won't be able to see what they look like for quite some time.

I had NEVER seen a set installed until I saw the set that Dan Hines put on his yellow car. Maybe some pictures in the archives.

I believe those are more valence guards than bumper guards. They are cool, like Craig said, only set I have seen was on Dan's yellow car.

Whats Dan's username? I've been looking through the archives, but haven't had any luck finding pics of Dan's yellow car.

There are four of them on e-bay right now (3 LH and 1 RH). For some reason, the RH one in $100, which is almost double that of the emost expensive LH one. Must be that the RH ones rust from the exhaust gases being spewed out from the stock exhaust??? IDK

They are different, and very "Mustang-esque" (1965-66ish).
