I am looking for the rear wheel arches and lower quarter panels for both sides for a 1973 comet GT.
My carhas rust back there and it would be a HUGE help if j could get the metal to replace that.
    Let me know, thanks.

I am in the dallas/Fort Worth Texas area.

Can you post up a picture of your quarters so we can see how bad they are?

You really need to do some exploratory work on those quarters. I can tell that there is evidence of previous bondo and body work. The entire panel might be full of bondo, so you may need to replace the entire quarter panel.

I think it's safe to say that the upper part of the quarter panels is solid. But I am definitely replacing the lower part and the wheel arches. Although you never truly know until the paint is stripped away. The good news is that is the only part of the car where the rust is bad. There are a couple of places in the floor board that are easily fixed by a few patch panels. No need to replace the entire floor board.

If the wheel arches also need done.....you need complete rear quarter panels. Otherwise you are just patching in rust repairs and that will require more work than just replacing the entire quarter.

FYI...these are aftermarket quarters. Not FoMoCo originals.
