i bought a set of crager keystone klassics for my mav and with the tires that are on the wheels they rub in the fender i am wondering if i need to cut that lip on the inside of the fender or is there a good high performance tire that will fit

what size tire do you have?
you can roll the lip of the fender with out cuting it. it leaves a smooth edge that wont cut the tire. i even pushed my fender out about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. you can do that by useing a sisor jack and some wood to spread the load.

The wheels don't have the correct back spacing to go with the size tires you have on them. If you don't want to mess with the fender lip, (I did not) then you either have to get different set of wheels, or smaller tires that will clear.
