Nobody does but there are still a few around from the olden days. Good luck finding them.

I think Dennis has 6 or 8 sets in his garage. He's waiting for the price to go up.

My personal opinion is that louvers look ugly on Mavericks...

Ray Parish has a set ... I think it was him that had the blueprints made up ... not 100% sure on that though ... somebody did have blueprints made up. I have seen them up close ... anybody handy with metal would not have a problem reproducing them ..

My dad made the ones on his Comet. Said its pretty easy with sheet metal. He's going to make me a set just to mess around with and maybe sell if I don't use them...

He said theres also a certain year firebird of camaro or something like that you can easily modify the louvers off of to fit a Mav. I'll have to ask him what it was exactly again.

Well I think that it would be different and maybe look good at the same time. I want to be different. I once worked at a metal fabrication shop but that was a long time ago. I still have friends that work there. So I can get things made for me at reasonable prices. If I had a Z-bar from a V-8 maverick that everybody wants including me I could have several made.

I dont have any. I think they look like crap. JMO. If I found a set I'd by them just for the rareity of them. But they would never be put on anything I own.

How much of a difference is the early Mustang and Maverick back glass dementions? Back glass louvers are now repoded for the early Mustangs.

I believe the problem comes in with the trunk lid, while opening it will hit the louvers. That is why the Maverick louvers do not cover the bottom of the glass.

I had a set promised to me by a girl who never comes on here anymore. Oh well, wouldn't be the first time I was promised something I didn't get...

Also I think it was Rudy D who made the blueprints. If you do a search I'm sure they'll turn up.

    Sam :)

I think they look good on Razor Sharps Shelby Clone Car. Not sure they would look good on a regular mav though. Sam which car so you want to put them on. The Black one might look good dunno...maybe somebody could photochop it.

I got beat out of a set too. I wont mention who it was. :D

I thought it was that guy that had the Toyota wheels that made the plans.
