Rear window molding differences???

    Are there different types? Mine look like anodized aluminum. Ones I've seen for sale say they are stainless.

    The reason I ask is mine are very dull looking. The windshield moldings are shiny stainless. If there are differences, I may look into getting stainless for the rear.

    They are all the same....anodized aluminum.

    Yes they are aliminum...Once you strip the anodize coating...You can re-polish em. Re coating em to protect em is the interesting part...Still working on that one for mine.

    Dang I was really hoping some years were stainless. :slap:

    I've owned several early and mid 60s Fords and I'm not a fan of anodized aluminium.
