    It's IVY!!! :bananaman

    ...and with redlight-itis!

I sure missed seeing that yellow Maverick this year at Fun Ford Houston. You didn't miss a lot, especially on Saturday (a ton of rain).

How are your time slips this year? Same or better than last?

Good to see you post again!

    Welcome home.

Sorry to hear about your red light troubles...But I have to say that is an extreamly cool picture! (Photoshop the tree so that the green is on!) If the rest of the car was in the picture and the light was green that would make a great poster.

we've gone to the led's at all the tracks around here. it seems to me that you should be slower with the old lights. i'm just starting to get used to the led's. i'd hate to have to switch back and forth. :slap:

Rule changes, NHRA and I think IHRA have both went to the LED's because they help in bright sun light.
Fordman you should be able to see the last yellow better now, if you are leaving to soon then you are trying to hard or working the lights to hard.
A red light is a good thing every once in a while but not all the time, I think everybody has a problem at the first of the season until the groove comes back. I work on the tree in the off season on my computer, here is the link. I hope it helps.

    Thanks for the invite, Ivy.

I see by looking at http://www.pinevalleyracing.com/points.html you're no stranger to the tree.

I'll post the link on the other site and see if there's any interest (or time).

    Good luck and continued success!

Well I guess I better start slowing down and read the posts one word at a time.
This is what happens to me when I post and haven't had my second cup of coffee.
Anyway if I were you I would say something to the track owner, LED's are the lights of today and tomorrow, if this is a NHRA track I think he would have to have them.
    Good luck
    Terry
