To those interested in Drag Racing - www.Hotrodgossip.com had a pretty good weekend at Angleton, TX. SBC's going 4.7's @ 150mph in 1/8th. Some pretty good pics are up on the site and as usual, the sh*t-talking is fun to read too. BTW, both John Harrison (chassis builder) "and Big Billy" Stockton (pictured together mid-page) helped me on setting up my suspension on the Maverick (and Mustang). Billy has a soft-spot for the Maverick as he used to run a BBF in one. Dunno what happened to it, though. :confused: Also, I'm old friends with the Cook brothers mentioned later (<--- = name dropper). Check it out at www.hotrodgossip.com.
