    Anybody here ever use a Redneck Transmission?
    Are they any good?

    ive never heard of it. thats a brand name right?

    doesnt sound too appealing though hahaha

    Just installed one of their torque converters(5000) stall, behind my 347 Fearmont. Is doing ok so far, but does seem a bit to loose on the top end. Still not bad for less than 300 bucks. Will have to see how long it last's compared to the other 500/600 dollar one's, I have used. Another racer is using one of the c4's and say's it works fine. Nice people to talk to and quick shipping from Texas.

    Thanks Dave, My trans has a lot of passes on it but still works ok. I was thinking about getting one of theres and keeping mine as a back up while it still works.
