Can anybody tell me how to remove these without breaking?? I am talking about the hooks on headliner where shoulder belts attach to, and the rectangular "clips" or retainers at top of pillars where headliner is fastened down.

that is a plastic cover over the hooks. Gently pry the cover off from the bottom and there is a phillips screw holding the hook on.

Oops, forgot. The retangular clips are a bitch to get off without breaking. They are just pressed in. I usually take 2 screw drivers and pry on both sides at the same time, directly in the middle. Dont try to pry by the long ends, they will just break off.
