Has anyone tried removing the frame from the front windows? Pics? Would that compromise the structural integrity at all?

Just a cleaner look, and i had a Sebring that didn't have the metal frame, really liked the look. I'm also getting rid of all the chrome on the car, not really sure what it would look like without the chrome around that metal frame.

Absolutely nothing...you can't remove the frames.

Go to a boneyard and find a late 70's to mid 80's
Monte Carlo or Cutlas and you will see why you
wouldn't want to do that. No stability on the glass at all.

Sebring's gone now, and it sounds like everyone is advising against this, so anyone know what it's gonna look like without the chrome on that?
