My driver side motor mount is bad and I need to replace it. Do I need to unbolt the other side to do this? And do I need to unbolt the fame mount as well?

No need to unbolt anything but the mount that you're replacing. Use a floor jack with a block of wood to keep the engine where it needs to be when removing the old mount.

the other side actually looks like it was replaced at some point. driver side is just disintegrating and split. I'm going to pick up the part today since I had to have it ordered.
