I am restoring a 1976 2 door comet and about 2' of the rear frame rails on both sides are rusted out. Anyone have any suggestions where I can get frame rail patches.?

I don't think you can. Probably need to find a car you can cut them out of or have a machine shop make some and weld them in.

you may find something similar or simpler to modify than total fab' by using similar re-pop'd steel for more available car like Mustang - find similar widths' and get out the angle grinder and MIG...

'61 Comet used '65 Mustang front frame rail , rad support pieces and strut brackets.

I would be more concerned about how much is in the rest of the car.
