Who has rocker moldings and how do they get attached? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...item=&item=170171631633&rd=1#ebayphotohosting
Hey gold, your thinking about the door sill plates... Craig, any idea where I can get some? Jamie, got any pic? Ray, you suck having 10 Mavs and no Comets, don't talk to me!! j/k... but yea, you suck.:Handshake
Yeah, they look like mine. As mentioned, they are held on with plastic flange clips that they slide over and there is a stud on each end that attaches with a nut from inside the wheel well.
No problem... I knew what you ment when you said 4 screws. Hey, most of the time people don't understand what i'm talking about.
Gene, going by the photo Dan just posted, it will require 2 of the GJ and 9 (or close) of the GK clips. I've put on many 65-66 Mustang rocker moldings in the past and the photo looks just like the Mustang ones. They may or may not be the correct width. Anyway, I'm betting you can get the clips from any Mustang parts vendor and if they are too wide, you might be able to trim them down. I think it would be worth a try...unless of course you can find the correct Maverick clips. Good luck!
