    I cant speak for rust bullitt or Magnet but as far as Eastwoods rust encapsulator and por 15 are concerned...I like both but...Eastwoods product plays well with other products like paints/primers etc... I have had por 15 do bad things on a few occasions when topcoated.
    Eastwoods product is simpler to use as well as a bit cheaper since it can be cut/reduced with lacquer thinner...Por 15 requires its own special reducer if you plan to put it through a spraygun.

    (2) 77' Mavericks
    I coat everything I'm doing in Rustoleum Metal Primer then Rustoleum High Performance Enamel then a couple coats of Rustoleum truck bed liner.

    -water proof and damage resistant in the end, cheaper then the above mentioned.

    STOPS RUST end of story

    POR 15 for me, follow the instructions, and it's awesome!! (I've never top coated it) Anything that can stick to my hands for almost 2 weeks, is amazing.

    id use ospho, rustoleum, then some etching primer thats what my old timer neighbor to use.
