Rusty coolant stained fan shroud

    Anyone know a good way to clean a rusty coolant stained fan shroud?
    please advise

    Geo, try some Scotch-Brite. Not the kind you get at the food store with the sponge on the back, but the real kind that actually works. With some elbow-grease, it should remove the stains without damaging the surface, and that's good if you're trying to keep the original look of the shroud.

    Missing my old '70 Maverick
    How bout that CLR stuff (Calcium, Lime, Rust). Seems to work on pretty much everything else.
