screen capture

i forgot what buttons on the keyboard do you push for a screen capture

 

ctrl, print screen. then you paste it into paint.

did you hold down ctrl then press print screen at the same time?did you open paint and click on edit, paste?

I never use the "Ctrl + Print Screen" - just "Print Screen" then Ctrl+V (in a Word document or image editor).

I didn't see what the difference was (in using "Ctrl+PrintScree" vs just "Print Screen").



I may have just saved you from hitting the Ctrl key a thousand more times than needed in your lifetime - not to mention the wear and tear on the Ctrl key itself!

 

No reason to hit the Ctrl key. Just hit Print Screen.

Why would you need to capture a screen? Do you mean like to take a freeze frame from a video?

 

old post dude but it was for geting a jpeg of what the web page looks like. streaming vid won't capture that way i think.
