seat belt lock?

    I'm trying to put a new seatbelt on the passanger side, but the plastic piece that goes over the seatbelt lock near the door won't come off. it looks like theres 3 bolts in the side of it but there circular so i cant use a wrench and the inside is to large a hole for any tool i have. anyone know how to get this piece off and the seatbelt on?

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    The plastic will come off when you get those 3 bolts out. the plastic is pop rivited to the seat belt assembly.
